Ordering from Mode de la Clem

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. A second email will be sent when your order is dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including stock or pricing errors.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
We accept payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, and Clearpay.
Promo codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after the order is placed.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Estimated delivery times vary by method selected at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

You may return unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Items must be:

Unworn and in original condition
With all tags still attached
In original packaging
